Mamushka was born from my own frustration as a retailer at not being able to find beautiful, comfortable and useful clothing for pregnant and nursing women. Especially for plus sized ladies. My customers were sick of the major chains only offering a few unstylish items that often finished at size 16. They wanted dresses that would work during pregnancy, breastfeeding and that they could wear after and that didn’t look like maternity or nursing wear.
